Complimentary licenses use the same full-access entitlement as paid licenses, but remain separately identified for administration. Reset free trial starts a fresh trial immediately using the configured trial limits (currently 7 days / 3 live syncs) and does not alter payment history, complimentary licenses, Etsy OAuth, devices, or customer data. Device deactivation is safe to use when a customer replaces a computer or reaches the allowed device count.
